Our staff provide high quality patient care to include initial psychiatric evaluations, MAT services, and close collaboration with our clinical team of Therapists and Case Managers.

Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) ensures the highest quality of patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, patient consultations, and medication management to a diverse patient population.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP-BC (Part time and Full time)

This opportunity is for independently licensed practitioners (PMHNP-BC) interested in being a 1099 independent contractor and setting own schedule.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and enhances the highest standards of health care delivery to all patients.
  • Performs physical examinations and screenings of patients when necessary.
  • Order/administers necessary tests and reviews/interprets results.
  • Oversees medication administration.
  • Ensures patient records are up to date and accurate.
  • Ensures that all health care services are provided in the most cost effective and efficient manner
  • Reviews relevant patient complaints and satisfaction surveys and responds as necessary.
  • Provides technical advice to the CMO on matters that require medical judgment.
  • Contributes towards and updates the facility’s medical policies and procedures.
  • Addresses risk management concerns and patient grievances relating to medical care.
  • Participates in treatment team meetings.
  • Establishes positive relationships with the local medical community.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of West Virginia (Required)
  • Prescriptive authorization (Required)
  • Previous experience in Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Disorders preferred
  • Working knowledge in use of electronic health records (EHR).
  • Working knowledge of computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

Therapist (Part time) (1099)

This opportunity is for independently licensed practitioners (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.) interested in being a 1099 independent contractor and setting own schedule.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular psychotherapy appointments with clients and/or families
  • Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
  • Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client presenting issues
  • Continually assess client and provide necessary interventions and referrals
  • Engage family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
  • Record and maintain adequate notes reflecting client progress

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field and an active independent license to practice clinically, such as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • Meet all necessary state licensure requirements in West Virginia 
  • Meet all necessary state licensure requirements in West Virginia
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen
  • Solid relationship-building capabilities
  • A positive and compassionate attitude
  • 2+ years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with clients
